With the quota of 108 full-time faculty members, the School currently has 87 staff members, of whom are 69 full-time faculty members and researchers. Among them, there are 18 doctoral advisors, 17 professors, 25 associate professors, and 27 lecturers or assistant professors. About 62 faculty members hold doctoral degrees and 52 members are under 45 years old. Besides, there are 16 part-time professors. With these dynamic, well-qualified faculties with diverse academic backgrounds, the School builds a number of innovative research teams and teaching teams at provincial or collegiate levels.
